I help untangle your genuine 'yes' from a decision driven by fear, market pressure, or old habit. I will be direct with you, even when that means suggesting you wait or walk away. Very few agents will tell you that the timing is wrong or the house isn't right. I will, if that's what I think makes the most sense for you.

When we tour a property together, I pay attention to how you respond to a space, not just what you say about it. I bring pattern synthesis—looking at how your behavioral defaults interact with your choices—intuitive tools, and years of experience to clarify what you're really responding to, and why.

A background in professional mediation and advanced negotiation means I read what is driving the other side beyond their words. The strategy I bring to every offer is designed to get you the best possible conditions, because understanding people is as important as understanding comps.

I know what it is like to make life-changing decisions.
I moved across the world at 19, did a few career pivots, went through a few family transitions, and moved homes at least 12 times.
My whole life I've observed decisions get made from obligation, momentum, and fear. Decisions about where you live shouldn't be. A home is where you land at the end of the day, the place where your energy gets replenished or drained.
I bring coaching, negotiation, and a deeper layer of attention to every transaction. Finding or listing a house is the easy part. The harder question is the best timing and even whether it's the right move for you at all.
